In The Beginning
Robert M Kennedy & Co was founded by Robert (Bob) Michael Kennedy in 2015. Sadly, Bob passed away in March 2018 after a short illness.
Bob’s career spanned over 50 years providing exceptional accounting and taxation services to many South Australian industries including resources, pharmaceutical, start-ups and SMEs.
He was Chair of several boards in the resources industry and in the pharmacy industry. He was also a board member of the Australian Dance Theatre for many years.
Bob’s other passion was for the arts and this was expressed through the formation of the Kennedy Arts Foundation which offers an annual Kennedy Prize and also awards the Portrait Prize conducted by the Royal South Australian Society of Arts.
Bob was an inspirational, creative spirit in business and in life with a unique sense of inclusive enterprise. We are all grateful for the opportunity to have worked so closely with Bob, for his generous and inspiring mentoring and his thirst for learning.
We are proud to continue Bob’s legacy in providing exceptional accounting and taxation services to our clients.
